Super-Rex plant is specially fit for obtaining high milling with thermo-sensitive or greasy products. The ventilation grinding effect is exalted here to the maximum grade, due to the large blades of this rotor. In fact the flowing air of the grinding chamber, due to the very high peripheral speed (even more than 120 meters/second) and to the special conformation of the rotor, there are very intensive and effective crash results, that allow to obtain finenesse of few microns. Adjustment of grinding results by changing the air speed with the interposition in of different type and size screens or impendences.
